JKT did an outstanding job on three projects at my home. Jake worked diligently and patiently with me in working out a plan for a drainage swale along the driveway and did a great job implementing the plan. His skills are top notch. Brought new life to my wooded property -cleared, stumped, graded and seeded. Jacob did an outstanding job transforming my wooded property into a pasture for my horses. From start to finish, his professionalism, attention to detail and craftsmanship were second to none. He did a phenomenal job even added a stone wall, cleaned up the site when finished and takes obvious pride in doing the job right. Jacob took the time to walk me through every step of the process, answered all my questions and made sure I was completely comfortable with the plan before work began. The transformation was incredible and the overall look is exactly what I had envisioned (actually better). Jacob worked efficiently without cutting any corners, keeping the jobs site clean and stayed right on schedule. I’ve been working with JKT exclusively since the first time I hired him a few years ago. He has an awesome work ethic and is very friendly and easy to communicate with. He has installed a new driveway and commercial parking lot and an extensive new lawn area at my event venue. He continued with walkways and a 34 x 34 patio.
